Provia are interested in candidates who have both client-side and consulting experience that has provided them with a balanced understanding of what it takes to achieve project success.

Candidates are expected to have 10 years+ of project/program leadership experience in the biologics industry with increasing scale and complexity. The preference is for most of that experience to have been gained in biologics drug substance and/or drug product manufacturing in commercial and/or clinical supply. Experience in Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products projects would be an advantage.

As our consulting services are based on end-to-end program management it would be essential for the candidate to have Design, Construction, CQV, Tech transfer, and Operational Readiness experience gained from involvement in each of these project phases.

Travel

  • International travel may be required according to the needs of the project.

Qualifications

  • An Engineering / Science Degree (Bio/Chemical engineering desirable) or equivalent.

  • An MBA or Master’s degree would be an advantage.

  • Chartered status or a PMP qualification would be an advantage.
